Business Development
Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our B2B business development activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through lead generation, sales closure, and client relationship management in the US, Middle East, and UK markets. The role requires a strong technical background, particularly in software development, app development, and ERP solutions, to effectively engage with clients and understand their requirements. Additionally, experience in leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, and Upwork for prospecting and lead generation is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business development goals and targets.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and relationship building, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, and Upwork.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and objectives to propose tailored solutions.

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

Collaborate with the technical team to develop proposals, pitches, and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.

Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and sales closure processes, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.

Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to anticipate client needs and stay ahead of the competition.

Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on sales performance, pipeline status, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Proven track record of success in B2B business development, with a focus on software development, app development, and ERP solutions.

Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development processes, technologies, and trends.

Experience in lead generation, sales closure, and client relationship management in the US, Middle East, and UK markets.
