This page describes what FictiveBox Digital collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website only. It does not describe how we handle data inside client systems we build, which is governed by the contract for that engagement.
Information you give us directly
The only place this website collects personal data is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive the name, work email address, company name, optional phone number, the service area you selected, and the message you wrote.
We use that information for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use it to build an advertising profile.
The form includes a hidden field that legitimate visitors never see or fill in. It exists only to identify automated spam submissions and collects nothing about you.
Where your enquiry goes
Your submission is validated on our server and delivered by email to info@fictivebox.com. Delivery runs through our own Microsoft 365 tenant, so the contents of your message are not passed to a separate email marketing or delivery vendor.
The website is served from Cloudflare’s network. As with any website, the infrastructure that serves these pages processes technical request data such as IP address in order to route and secure traffic.
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept in our email system for as long as they remain relevant to the conversation or to an engagement that follows from it. If nothing comes of an enquiry, you can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.
Asking us to access, correct or delete your data
Write to info@fictivebox.com and ask. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will action the request rather than requiring you to justify it.
Depending on where you live, you may have statutory rights over your personal data, including under the EU and UK GDPR and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act. This policy does not attempt to summarise those rights or to assert that we are certified against any particular framework. If you have a question about the legal basis on which we hold your data, ask us directly and we will answer it.
