These terms govern your use of this website, fictivebox.com, which is operated by FictiveBox Digital. They cover the website only. Any software, consulting or engineering work we do for a client is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, not by this page.

What you may do here
You may browse this website, read its content, and share links to its pages. You may quote short excerpts for the purpose of commentary, review or evaluation, provided you attribute them to FictiveBox Digital and link back to the source page.
You may not copy substantial portions of the site, reproduce our case studies or service descriptions as your own, scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other visitors, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or the systems that serve it, or use it to transmit anything unlawful, defamatory or harmful.
Automated access by search engines and AI systems is permitted on the terms set out in our robots.txt and llms.txt. Those files are the authoritative statement of what automated agents may do.
Whose it is and what it is for
The text, design, code and graphics on this website belong to FictiveBox Digital unless stated otherwise. The FictiveBox name and logo are ours. Client names and logos shown on this site belong to those clients and appear to identify organisations we have worked with; their presence does not imply that they endorse this website or any particular service.
Our case studies describe real engagements as they were delivered. They are provided to illustrate how we work. They are not a promise that a similar system will be delivered on a similar timeline or produce a similar outcome for any other organisation, because every engagement is scoped, priced and governed by its own agreement.
Figures we publish about the company, such as team size, years in operation or number of engagements, are stated in good faith as at the date they were published and are updated as they change. They are descriptive, not contractual.
What sending us a message does and does not do
Submitting the contact form or emailing us starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, an obligation on us to take on the work, or an obligation on you to proceed. A services engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement that sets out its scope, price and terms.
Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information through the contact form. If an engagement needs a non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussion, say so and we will put one in place first.

What we do not promise about this website
This website is provided for general information. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every statement on it is complete, error-free or up to date at the moment you read it, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.
We aim to keep the site available and secure, and we describe how on our Security page, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, FictiveBox Digital is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Where this site links to third-party websites, those sites are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India. This clause concerns the website only; the governing law and dispute resolution terms for any client engagement are set out in that engagement’s agreement.
